Technical Sales Specialist

Job Description:

Edgetech is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving technical sales and providing expert knowledge to our valued clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate technical solutions, and actively promoting and selling our cutting-edge products and services.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the IT industry or a specific technical domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations and delivering persuasive sales pitches.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address technical inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
